Question Ryzen 5 3600X

Pc doesn t boot with a new cpu if i put the gpu in the first slot, but if i put it in the second slot it does.
After putting my old cpu everything works fine
Specs :
Ryzen 7 3700X old cpu
Ryzen 5 3600X new one that s causing the boot problem.
EVGA Gtx 1080 ti SC2 Hybrid
16 gb Adata xpg spectrix d60g
3600 Mhz
Psu EVGA Supernova P6 750 plat 80%
Msi X570 gaming edge wifi .
I tried a bios reset using the jumper and also by taking out the battery removing the power cable and leaving it for 10 or 15 min.

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

When you say new, do you mean brand new or new in box or new for you?

Why the downgrade? Bios revision shouldn't matter, as x570 supported both chips out of the box, unless you have a revision that is buggy.

i mean brand new , the r7 3700x was my first cpu to get my hands on and than i traded some account with a friend for his r5 3600x and i know for a fact the r5 is working perfectly fine .
i ll check the bios version in a moment
