does R5 4600g support on GIGABYTE B450M DS3H V2 motherboard.
OR I HAVE TO UPDATE BIOS FOR IT.

If the mobo has bios level f60 or newer it should support it.

Ryzen 5 4600g will work right?

Though keep in mind if you are buying the 4600g new and this is for gaming, you’d be better off getting a ryzen 5600 or 5600x. The 4600g is an older architecture and not as fast hence the cheaper price. Iirc, the 4600g is a zen 2 part. Whereas the other 2 are zen 3 so they’d be faster for not a lot more money.
