Heyho
i just wrecked my tower cooler and for next time went on AMD stock cooler which isnt that best, max temps 90 celcius.
So i set PBO eco mode in BIOS and now got max 70 celcius in prime 95 which should fit, abozut 5-10 degrees more than with enermax tower cooler.
But wondering, didnt have an eye on before, so maybe its normal?
The upperst value in HWinfo which should be the CPU body overall highest temperature value? under idle and mixed load is around ten degrees celcius more than the cores, in max temp tab not, so under load all meets at 60 celcius around but not heyavy load the cores just touch high 40s /50 while the overall value reaches 60 celcius.
So thats unnormal or a problem that tctl/tdie is that much higher there?
thx

room is 22 and this non core die value is the one core temp uses too i just saw

wondering as that die temp is around 55 all the time while downloading a game and browsing, up to 58, while the cores stay at mid/higher 40s

so whats the die temp that makes it getting 10 hotter than cores even while almost no load?

just for understanding)
