Question Ryzen 5 5600 didn't boot a few times, should I worry?

Hi,
I upgraded a few week ago,
Win 11 Pro 21H2
Ryzen 5 5600
MSI Tomahawk max 2
Corsair 178300 Vengeance LPX 16 GB
NVidia Quadro K620
WD_BLUE SN570 500GB M.2

updated bios succesfully, completed the build and everything was running smoothly straight away with no issues until today.
PC wouldn't boot, EZ Debug CPU Led was lit. Buttons on the case wouldn't work, had to use a switch on PSU. Switched PC off/on three times, still the same
Only on the fourth time, CPU Led started being on for a second, then it went off, then GPU Led flashed for a split second and PC booted and is running.
Should I worry and think about returning the CPU or does this just happen sometimes?

More likely PSU or motherboard issue! You did not list your PSU

I believe that is the old one that really is not that good. Maybe time to upgrade.

Yeah, I'm not sure the PSU is causing an issue, but it's usually good to get a low-quality one out of the mix in any case. And this is definitely a low-quality PSU and a very old one as well.

If it's both old and low quality, I would definitely replace it. Worst case it dies and takes something else with it. Get a good quality one next time.
