Hello, I built new PC a month ago and i've been experiencing random black screen freezes. CPU temps doesn't go above 60c while gaming. idle its between 35-45c, bios updated to latest version. ram slots are in 2-4 , all chipset drivers are updated, amd software updated. Re-installed windows. Did cpu test for 10 mins. max temp are 75c. did ram benchmark everything is fine. could it be the apu? I'm waiting on rtx 3060 ti to be on stock.

Ryzen 5 5600g
G.Skill Ripjaws V 2x8GB 3200Mhz DDR4 CL16 Kit

The same issue with Ryzen 5600G on Asus TUF gaming 550-Plus

Ryzen 5 5600G
G.Skill Trident Z 2x16GB F4-3600C17D-32GTZ
Asus TUF GAMING B550M-PLUS
Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 NVMe 1TB SSD
HDD 1TB
PSU: Chieftec GPS-500C 80Plus Platinum

Tried many options in BIOS, updated BIOS/drivers, no success.

Is there any solution?

I disabled c-state, and make sure the ram in the correct slots.

I disabled c-state, and make sure the ram in the correct slots.

RAM is in the correct slots (Slot_A2 and Slot_B2)

I disabled c-state earlier (Advanced -> AMD CBS -> CPU Common Options -> Global C-State Control=Disable) but it did not help.

Or do you mean other options?

ACPI_CST C1 Declaration=Auto (Determines whether or not to declare the C1 state to the OS) ?

Advanced -> AMD CBS -> DF Common Options ->
Freeze DF module queues on error=Enable
DF Cstates=Enable

Advanced -> AMD CBS -> Performance -> Custom Core Pstates ->
Custom Pstate0=Custom
Pstate0 Freq (MHz)=3900
Pstate0 VID=20

At this moment, I've installed old Radeon drivers (radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-21.10.1-win10-win11-64bit-oct5), checking
