Question Ryzen 5 5600g not achieving boost clocks

I have a Ryzen 5 5600g which is capped at 4.2 ghz and will not go above it even when stress testing. This cpu should have a boost clock of 4.4 ghz but it doesn't achieve it. Is there any way to achieving that boost clock without manually setting it in the bios? I have tried PBO2 tuner but whenever I go over -20 I get less score and the cpu clocks stay the same.

Boost applies to only one or two cores and only when the workload and cooling situation permits.
