In a nutshell: The 10700s are 9900s with more conservative power limits and slightly higher base and turbo frequencies.
Two more cores for an extra £35? Sounds like a winner to me.

No. They're more evenly matched now that the price has dropped.But do they represent better price/performance than 5600X at £30 cheaper.
