ok so i overclocked my ryzen 5 5600x to 4.7ghz 1.35v all cores and it runs very stable, im happy with the results

however, im just wondering if 1.35v is an okay voltage for everyday use?

so basically my fit voltage is 1.32v, but underloads my cpu is only 1.30v. its only idling at 1.35v

ive heard its current that kills cpus and not voltage, the tdp underload is 109W MAX under very heavy cpu tests
so what do u think ? is it fine or not ?

incase anyone asks i am using an AIO and not air cooler, under ultra heavy cpu tests like prime95 it peaks around 80c, but in games it doesnt go above 70c at all

Solution
That voltage is fine. The processor routinely spikes up to 1.45V on default settings anyway.

And while current does damage electronics, it does so by causing the electronics to heat up, which after a certain temperature, causes the part to suck up even more current, creating a positive feedback loop that burns up the part. So as long as you keep the temperatures in check, it's fine.
