Ryzen 5 bottleneck?

I have an rx 470 and am wondering if it will bottleneck the ryzen 5 1600 which i am planning to buy

No it's a fairly solid pairing.

Yes the RX 470 will likely be the limiter in your system but not to the extent it can be considered a bottleneck.

That's why PC games have configurable graphics options , so you can always tinker & get good fps.
