Ryzen 5 cooler that doesn't break the bank?

Looking for some recommendations please as I've just read the 1600X doesn't ship with a stock cooler, which is a pain. I'll overclock a little bit but it doesn't need to be mega, RGB is a bonus! Been browsing the site but there doesn't seem to be a great deal that's compatible?

What case do you have?
They have cooler height limitations.

H7 should still be plenty for the 1600x, and will fit the case fine. Depends what you mean by breaking the bank though. If you want RGBs you can always replace the fans on the heatsink.
