Ryzen 5 No Post/Display

I just finished building a Ryzen system, and it's not going to post/not displaying.

After I completed it I booted it up and saw that all fans and LEDs are in working order. After waiting a few minutes for post I was met with still no video input.
I turned the system off, checked all my wiring, and tried again. Got the same results.
I tried waiting for longer since I heard AMD takes a while to post first time. After 20 minutes there was still nothing.

Specs
Mobo: MSI B350 Gaming Plus
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600x
GPU: Radeon RX 480 8gb
Memory: G. Skill Trident Z 2x8gb @3200mhz
PSU: EVGA 80+ Certified 500w

The mobo, cpu and ram are the only things that are new; everything else was from a different build and worked fine.
I don't believe anything was shorted, I have the latest bios, and I can't find an answer anywhere for this problem.

Hard to guess what you've already tried, if not mentioned.
Try testing different graphics card and power supply, if possible. If not, a local pc shop might help.

Hard to guess.
Try testing different graphics card and power supply, if possible. If not, a local pc shop might help.

I tried switching out cards, both are fully functional, and I even tried using both slots to see if one was faulty. We used to have a PC shop nearby, but it's been closed for a few years now

Then an internal speaker would help, to check if CPU and board do work. Another option would be RMA-ing both board and CPU, to rule them out.
Testing lower freq RAMs would also help.
