Question Ryzen 5 processor with Nvidia GTX 1060, compatible?

I want to build my second pc and would like some advice. I want to use Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 and a AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with Asrock A320M-HDV (AM4 socket). Would this work together, would there be any bottlenecks?

Yes they will run fine together , no issues there.

It depends on the game for the most part but at 1080P, if that's what your gaming at, would be a fine combo. Since your using a dedicated GPU though I'd snag the Ryzen 1600 for cheaper but use the savings for a B450 board for overclocking.

With either 1600/B450 or 2400G/A320 though make sure the memory is 3000/3200mhz as Ryzen performs noticeably better with fast memory.

Either would be a good choice and after overclocking the difference is minimal so I'd snag whichever is cheaper.

The 2600 is preferable, w/ normally better RAM speeds supported , IMO...

The R5-1600 is VERY tempting if you can find one of those $79 Microcenter 'fire-sales'! (possibly a tempting short term solution with Ryzen 3000 series coming in July!)

Will work just fine. But I'd suggest getting a B450M than A320M.
