Question ryzen 5 voltage drop

hello i recently upgraded my cpu from a r3 2200g to an r5 2600x. the problem started with my pc not posting all fans would turn on but no display occasionaly could get it to post by cycling the power. took it to a computer place and said the cpu isnt getting enough volts. so change the psu twice same issue. when i do get it to run i ran some monitoring software and the voltage to the cpu dips under 0.6v and goes up to 1.45v. it will freeze unless i have a game running.
CPU: ryzen 5 2600x
MB: gigabyte ga-ab350m-ds3h
GPU: evga gtx 1070 SC
ram: 2x8gb corsair vengeance
PSU: sea sonic focus gold 750
one ssd 500gb and one 7200HDD with 1tb

Do you have latest BIOS installed ? Voltage shouldn't drop much under 1v even on idle. That MB uses Voltage offset so you can try with some positive offset.

ive upped the Vcore on the motherboard and everything seems to be going smoothly. ty for your help
