I have ryzen 5500 and ı enable auto oc in bios +200mhz and in ryzen master per core curve optimizer but it not stable. My bios settings PBO limit Motherboard, Scaler Auto

Do not do both "Auto OC" and change settings manually. In fact, I wouldn't use any BIOS "auto oc" settings.

Just enable PBO in advanced mode and then make an all-core curver optimizer setting of -10 or -12 maximum to start. Then use an additional boost clock of +50Mhz or so. You can push it further with +200 but it will probably hurt performance as it heats up the cores faster so the algorithm pulls clocks sooner and further. The same is true of Scalar setting: don't go very high, 2x preferred 6x or 7x max, for that for the same reason.

Tweaking in good per-core CO settings is time consuming and needs a lot of testing for stability.
