Question Ryzen 5500 low frequency

I have ryzen 5500 and ı run with stock settings prime 95. Freq is low another thing if enable auto oc +200 still low freq like 4050mhz but should be 4450. I try manuel overclockıng 4500mhz but all the time in prime95 worker 5 crash.
