Hello Guys,
I'm experiencing issues with my cpu temps on idle (90+ degrees).
I've already tried re-applying the thermal paste .
I`ve used AM4 Sockets to install the pump to the motherboard when assembling PC.

Pc specs:

Cpu :AMD Ryzen 5 5600X.
Cooling: Corsair H115i (280mm).
Graphics card: RTX 3080 TI
Motherboard: GIGABYTE X570 AORUS ELITE WIFI
Case : Corsair 570X.
Memory DR4 3200 CL14 14 14 14 34 1.35V Dual Channel

Temperature sensors:
Cpu Temps
Pump+Radiator Temps

Any help would be appreciated!

I'd agree there's got to be something wrong with the AIO...or mounting. The HWInfo CPU die(average) sensor report should match Ryzenmaster's readings pretty closely and that's right around 95c for the whole period...
I'd say it's definitely an issue with your cooler but Ive never had any experience with an AIO. I have a be quiet dark rock slim cooler on my 5600X and was surprised how cool it actually ran when I first got the cpu. Hopefully someone can jump on this thread and give you some advice. good luck!

I'd agree there's got to be something wrong with the AIO...or mounting. The HWInfo CPU die(average) sensor report should match Ryzenmaster's readings pretty closely and that's right around 95c for the whole period it was running. That's not good, especially since the AIO's readout is still in the 60's. Somethings wrong there.

Look very closely at mounting and assembly of the water block brackets.

I also noted the pump speed is varying. It should be a fixed, constant speed at it's max RPM. They are quiet enough so just set the header to +12V constant output. Pumps wear longer that way too.
