Question ryzen 5600x upgrade opinion

Goodevening,

Right now my computer is about 5 years old

i5 6600k
z170 motherboard
cryorig h7
ddr4 3200mhz 2x16gb
1 tb m.2
evga supernova 650 gs.

Im comming short in gaming im noticing and I also do a bit of livestreaming.
I want to spend max 600 euros and I came to the following conclusion.

ryzen 5 5600x 320 euros
b550 asrock steel legend 155 euros
scythe mugen PCGH 50 euros

total 525 euros.

for 15 euros extra I could get a fuma. not sure im not the guy to look for the max OC.
I think this would be great value, like to have a 2nd option.
Dont think its worth to get a i7 10700k or 5800x for the money. also I play on 1080p.
would love some feedback.

If you game and stream off the same system, then you will need a Ryzen 7 at the very least. You could retain your old rig to serve as the streaming only system but then you will have a little too much power for streaming but slightly less for today's AAA titles.

thanks for your feedback. I havent considered using my older desktop for streaming. its a good idea.
however Its a small christmas present to give my little brother my pc. so he can play a bit of overwatch or smite.

Its amazing to see how the 5600x kicks a 550 euro i9 cpu.
20+- fps for 150 euros? I will take it into consideration.
