Question Ryzen 5600x with Liquid Cooling suddenly idling at 95 C

Hi everyone,

My CPU (Ryzen 5 5600x) is suddenly idling at 95°C with liquid cooler (Silverstone PF240). It was fine yesterday but it suddenly shutdown a while ago for some reason...

When I turned it on back up, i heard an unusual bubble(?) Kind of noise for some seconds from the tubes of the liquid cooler.
Then it keeps shutting down on startup.
When it managed to successfully boot up, i monitored the temps and it was now idling at 95 and keeps getting higher until 100-110 until it shuts down automatically.

What should I do? I never had an experience repairing or even installing a liquid cooler before. This PC was built on the shop where I bought it which is a little far so I'm wondering if maybe I can fix it on my own.

1)You bring it back to the shop and have them troubleshoot it. You shouldn't be trying to do it first; they're not user-friendly, if at all, as they're supposed to be maintenance-free(excluding the occasional dusting).
