I have a PC with the following specs
Ryzen 7 5700
2x8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport 2400
Asus ROG B350-F Gaming
PNY CS1030 1TB NVME
Gigabyte RX9060XT 8GB
CWT 500W 80+ Bronze
This system originally had a Ryzen 7 1700 and I am upgrading it to a 5700, as well as a new GPU. I ensured the BIOS was upgraded to the latest version, version 6232 (Nov 2024) prior to installing the new hardware.
With the Ryzen 7 5700 installed, the fans spin and the PC lights up, but it does not display any signal to monitor. No debug leds illuminate at all. Normally they flash through a cycle when the system is booting, even if everything is working correctly.
I have tried installing both a Ryzen 5 1400 and 3600, both of which work perfectly. System posts and goes into the BIOS.

At this point I was thinking the 5700 was faulty, I did buy it used. It is specifically with the 5700 that the system has issues. However, I then went and tested this Ryzen 7 5700 in another computer with a MSI B350 Gaming Plus, and the system POSTs with the CPU recognized correctly in BIOS.

Unsure what's the problem here. The CPU is working, and it should be supported by this board and BIOS version, it's on the support list specifically.
