Question Ryzen 5700x with Asrock B450 Pro4, not booting

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade my system, when the following problem came up.
With previous CPU (Ryzen 2700x), system boots up fine, the 2 stock fans on the case works fine,
However when I replaced my old CPU (2700x) with the new Ryzen 5700x, the system could not boot up, restarted every time, not even the monitor could turn on, could not enter bios either. Also, the 2 stock fans were not starting up.
Tried with bios update (incrementally even, from 4.10 to 5.60). Nothing changed. No boot, restart, fans not working. Tried clearing CMOS. Same outcome.
When I put back the 2700x, everything worked (with it I could update the bios).
First I thought, okay, faulty CPU, got my money back, bought the same version (5700x) from somewhere else (cheaper even). But same outcome. Nothing worked.
Could it be something that I overlooked, or does it seem, that the motherboard should be replaced?

Thank You in advance for any help!

SPECS:
motherboard: Asrock B450 PRo4 (not r2.0 and not 450M version)
CPU: Ryzen 5700x
cooler: Be Quiet PureRock 150W TDP
PSU: Seasonic Focus GX-650
GPU: GeForce GTX 1660 TI (for now)
case: Be Quiet Pure Base 500 with 2 stock fans

Do a hard Bios reset.

Unplug and remove CMOS battery.
Press and hold power button several times to drain capacitors in power supply.
Install new CPU.
Now press the power button a couple more times.
Press CMOS reset button far at least 10 seconds.
If no button short jumpers or solder pads with a screwdriver for ten seconds or more.
Remove memory.
Reinstall battery and video card if necessary.
Attach cables.
Plug in power cord and boot computer .
You should get 3 beeps. no memory.
Shot down and install memory in 2nd and 4th slots away from the cpu.
Boot again.
Give it a few minutes to retrain memory.
Some motherboards may reboot several times. just give it time.
Hope this solves it.

Hello,
Thank You very much! Apparently still no sound (I will look into it why), BUT. It worked. BIOS recognized the new CPU, and fans are working. Reboot were not necessary at the end. First fTPM reset came up, and after that BIOS could be loaded in.
So You solution was a great help!
I hope on the weekend, everything will go smoothly from now on.

Have a nice weekend, and thank You, again!

No sound as in windows or bios beeps.
Most motherboards do not have an onboard piezo speaker, now days they mostly come with the case. And you plug it in with the front panel connectors.
About the size of the battery but a little thicker with 2 short wires and a plug
