Question Ryzen 5800x not changing clockspeeds

Hi there. This weekend I finally received my 5800x, yay! However, it was a weekend full of troubleshooting.

After fixing boot problems and XMP profiles not working; I still have the following problem:

The CPU stays at 3593mhz all the time; 57 degrees. No matter if it's all core load; no load; single core load. It stays at that temperature and clock speeds.


Ryzen master tool won't start and I didn't change anything in the bios settings other then silent fan profile and enabling virtualization.


What is wrong?


Specs:

Ryzen 5800x

NZXT Kraken X53

AMD Gigabyte B550 AORUS ELITE bios f10

G.Skill DDR4 Trident-Z 2x16GB 3600Mhz RGB F4-3600C

Oh wow, is was like is there a new one? But apparently there is! It was not there lasts weekend .

I swear it was not there last weekend, but can confirm, it works! Ryzen tool is starting now and it's boosting up to 4.84ghz.
