currently i have a alienware aurora r10.
ryzen 5800x, 2x16gb hyperx fury ram, 3060ti
since this system is loud and hot, i want to put these components onto a new motherboard and case
bought the msi mpg b550 gaming plus motherboard. corsair rm750e psu, arctic liquid freezer 3 aio
i built the system on my table before putting it in the case. after issues i installed the latest bios via the flashback feature.
now when only the cpu is on the board, the debug led jumps from cpu to dram. so far so good. but when any ram is installed, 1 or 2 sticks, the cpu led comes on, quickly jumps to dram, then back to cpu and stays there.
What's going on? is that a ram issue? for now i put the hardware back into the alienware - working perfectly fine.
i believe i read that they hyperx dell uses differs from the regular hyperx... could this be the problem? i have no access to any other ram.
