Question Ryzen 5900x constant crashing and reset loop

Hey guys, just built a new pc and the system keeps crashing. I'm getting the CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT error code. Pc will work for about 5 minutes and then freeze and reset. I updated the bios but to no luck. I haven't installed drivers yet because I literally can't without crashing. Any help is appreciated

System:
Asus ROG B550A
MSI RTX 3080
Corsair vengeance 32gb ram
Samsung 970 evo 1tb
H100i
Ryzen 9 5900x

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU. What OS are you working with? As for your BIOS, can you walk us through how you updated the BIOS on the platform? Using the BIOS Flashback button? Is this your motherboard?

Problem seems to have been fixed. I was on windows 10 with the crashes happening. I did a media install of windows 11 and all seems to be good, no crashing. I have an asus 850w power supply.

I did use the bios flashback through a USB
