Ryzen 7 1700 + B350M BAZOOKA won't boot

Hello guys I have bought the following setup:

Ryzen 7 1700
B350m bazooka
2x4gb vengeance lpx memories 3000mhz
Psu cx550m
Gtx 650 ti(Will be replaced)

My problem is no matter what I do it wont boot, tried inside and outside the case, tried every single memory slot with each memory at a time, tried without hd connected etc, the only feedback I have is that the cpu debug led lights for some seconds then turns off, any helps you guys could offer me? I think its ram since I just checked and its not on qvl list, but I would like to hear some other tips, thank you all

Can you source another PSU and see if a higher wattage or a different brand(reliable ofc) works with your system?

Your RAM should be fine, it is one of the most reliable component. The QVL is only a list of RAM that been tested with your mobo. It is not an indicator that your RAM will not work.

1. First thing to do, remove your GPU and try to boot your PC. If it boots, you know the GPU is bad.
2. Test your system with another power supply. If it boots, your PS is defect.
3. RMA your motherboard... because it is your motherboard that is the problem.
