Let's think about this, if you go with 1070ti - 1080 ti, retail prices in stores now is 500.00 dollars and up.
If you go with 1660ti series of any brand, you will atleast saved yourself 150-300 dollars.

But i think GTX 1070 will be bottlenecking becuase R7 1700 isn't good I5 4690K will kick ass in games :/:/
