Ryzen 7 1700x problem

My ryzen 7 1700x didn’t boot up.

So, I had build my rig using ryzen and gtx 1060, everything is fine the mobo boots up the led is on, the fans also spin. But the monitor is all black. My x370 gaming pro debug tells me that my cpu is failed/not detected. Is it because my psu is not enough?

Cpu: 1700x
Graphics card: gtx 1060
Ram: 16gb dd4 3000mhz
One 250GB ssd and one hhd
Psu: Evga 450w 80plus bronze.

I was using corsair h100i v2 as a cooler, then I removed it to see if it is my psu problem, but nothing happened.

Hi your best bet is to remove the cpu and check if there are any bent pins.

I'd recommend a larger PSU for some overhead, but I doubt that is the cause of your issue. I'd remove GPU and secondary drive to be sure bare minimum hardware plugged in. Maybe move RAM as well. I'd also check all cable connections, and maybe a CPU reinstall as well.
