Ryzen 7 1800x running bad

How do i know if theres a defect in my ryzen 7 1800x, I am at 100% in task manager and it runs at 3.67 ghz? can i see if theres a defect or no?

Whats your full system specs-why is it at 100% what application is taking up resources? Is it a new build? If it is is it a clean install of windows?

Its a new build, for example i play a game and as i open up task manager it shows 3.57 at 40%

I'm not really understanding your issue-are you asking why the cpu is at ~3.6ghz? Thats the stock max speed on all cores unless you're overclocking. If you want to make sure everything is working as intended then run some diagnostics such as prime95/aida64 or even cinebench or 3d mark.
