Ryzen 7 1800x temperatures

Guys i just build my pc with ryzen 7 1800x with watercooling (think) when i open it for the first time the temperatures on bios was 60-61. this is not normal...whats wrong... :/

Whats your cooler? Are you sure its working properly?
