Question Ryzen 7 2700 very high temps

Hello there.
I bought a new PC:
Ryzen 7 2700
Hyperx Predator 3200 (16 x 2)
MSI b450 Tomahawk
Cryorig H7
RTX 2070 GIGABYTE.

I got a super high temps in Prime95 even without overclocking. I tryed to run my CPU on 3800 and got temps Over 90 by few seconds.
I need help, what's a problem? Also tryed to mount stock cooler, same temps. IDLE over 30 but when i run Prime95/Aida64 temps went super high!
I tryed to mount cooler over 5 times and have the same issue, can it be just a bad copy of CPU? Idk what to do.

PS: I checked temps in HWinfo and Aida64

I think there's still issues with your cooler or mounting. Did you clean the cooler and cpu when you remounted it? Did you add new paste? How much did you add?

Also Prime is a little extra hot test but I think 90 is still high for stock 2700.

I tryed it with stock cooler and Cryorig H7 over 5 times. Used 2 diffirent pastes
