Hey guys!
Recently i've noticied a fps problem while playing csgo.

I run for 3 days tons of threads on google, gets some tutorials, watch videos, read huge threads, even here, but nothing was able to increase my fps.

My setup:
Ryzen 7 2700x
Wraith Prism Cooler
16gb(2x8) Viper Patriot RGB 3200Mhz
Nvidia GTX 1050ti
SSD Sata 256gb Intel
Mobo x470 Aorus ultra gaming.
Power Supply - Corsair 750w Bronze

So, i've update BIOS to lastest version, chipset to lastest version too.
XMP Profile with 2933mhz ON.
Nvidia driver is on 388.13, found in some places some information of older drivers perform well.
Downloaded RM.
Used afterburner, RIVA, processlasso...

Prints of results on CPU-Z and RM:

It's all fresh installation, thought it was a problem with windows and i've formated my SSD, used DDU to fresh install all drivers.
SMT is off by test, but even with SMT on got same results.
Windows power plan on high performance, whole configuration of GPU card is to high performance.

On csgo i have all on low setting, 1440x1080, 4:3 stretched.

My GPU got 35% usage at the top runnin the game, and cpu won't brake 20% usage.

I have a 144hz AOC 2460g4, want to upgrade for 240hz.

The FPS with all this configuration is on average 170 on benchmark map, and have a variation between 100 and 210 while playing in 128 tick rate.

When I got this setup, i was able to see in some maps and situations peaks off 700 fps and average 350.

What can I do to improve the CPU performance?

Thanks!

83 degrees was in Idle.
Changed the stock cooler to corsair h115i, got 35 to 40 degrees.

Change the GPU to RTX 2060 Super.

Even after those changes my fps still around 200.

i've overclocked my CPU to 4.275, 1.575V. Getting 53 degrees on top now with the water cooler.

FPS goes to 280 average with the OC, but in some situations the fps drops, i don't know why...

1.575V on the CPU? Do you know what you are doing? Even if you drop that by .1V it's still at 1.475V which is still too high. People with 3900X CPU which default to 1.5V on some board drop the voltage to 1.375V and the CPU still boost to 4.6GHz.

"Nvidia driver is on 388.13, found in some places some information of older drivers perform well."

Nvidia Drivers 388.13? Info below.
Version:388.13 WHQL
Release Date:2017.10.30

You're using a 2017 GPU drivers for your 1050ti. Way too old. When people tell you that using older drivers can perform better they mean a month or two. Not 2 years+.

Here is what an idle system should look like in Ryzen Master.
