I have the same rig as you except I have 16gb ram. All I can compare is CSGO. I play it at 1920x1080 with low settings and I'm getting 160-200 fps (unstable) with the latest nvidia drivers. Though when I install the oldest version of Nvidia (416.34) I get 240 fps. I have seen some videos where rtx 2070 owners get 400+ fps on csgo so I'm not sure if what we get is normal.

Try to install nvidia version 416.34 for your rtx 2070 and tell me if you get a 40% increase in fps.

Im playing at 2560x1080 was also considering this would be a factor is it so much morge exhausting for the gpu/cpu? 3dmarks ran great was in the 91% but i couldn't find somebody with the exact same cpu/gpu or maybe that is because i didn't look far enough

Also LordVile on this forum told me to check if super sampling was enabled (should be disabled). I haven't tried it yet but you can give it a shot too.

You can change the settings in Nvidia:

I have same rig, did you guys find any solution? I have average 240 fps in csgo and 80-100 in bf v, feels like this pc can do more at least on csgo or its just because single core is not strong enaught? Does nvidia drivers helped?
