Question Ryzen 7 2700x?

Hi im now using old fx 6300 and i would like to upgrade i saw that ryzen 7 2700x is not so expensive and i want to buy it. So my question is if it is worth to upgrade on r7 2700x when it will be in combo with msi 1050 2gb for like 5 months and then i will upgrade to 1660ti.

Nope, buy a Ryzen 5 1600/2600/3600 because they has better cost per performance in games and are grand for multi-tasking mainly Ryzen 5 3600, and GTX 1050 is bottleneck FX 6300, a FX 6300 working very well with a GTX 1060/RX 570.
