Question Ryzen 7 3700x high voltage

Hi,

i have a Ryzen 7 3700x on a B550 Aorus Pro AC motherboard, i've noticed a high voltage jumps on idle in Ryzen Master that reached 1.48v and on full load cpu voltage is constantly at 1.37v, temperature is 35 on idle and never exceed 70 on full load .
* Note : power plan is set to Ryzen Balanced with no pbo or overclocking
Are these voltages normal and safe or shall i change something ?
This is my first experience with AMD cpus so please advise !!!
