Good day everyone!

Here is a snapshot of the sensor stats in idle and during gaming from my newly build Ryzen 7 3700x

HWiNFO64

HWiNFO64 Gaming

Please let me know if the current readings are normal or any changes to be done with setup.

Open to suggestions on any further changes to be done on this build, This is my dream build.. saved up and build this on my own, coming to ryzen from an fx8350 bought years ago.

I'm more into gaming and so far haven't noticed any crashes, random reboots or bsod, Tested on mostly all of latest AAA games, it runs with decent settings.

Currently playing GTA 5 with redux mod on ultra with mega car pack loaded and all set :D

My Specs :
AMD Ryzen 7 3700x not OC with CM Hyper 212 LED Turbo
ASUS Tuf x570 plus mobo
Corsair Vengeance 8x2 DDR4 ram
Zotac GTX 1060 6gb
Corsair vs650w
Seagate Barracuda 2x2TB (Games and other stuff)
WD Green 240gb for (Windows drive)
Cooler Master MB511 cabinet
3x120mm fans at front intake
1x120 at rear exhaust
2x140mm at top exhaust

The only thing that jumps out at me is that your RAM is running at 2133 MHz.
What exact RAM kit do you have ?
If it isn't a 2133 kit you need to enable the DOCP profile in the BIOS to get it to run at it's rated speed.
Then set the FCLK setting to match the 1/2 RAM frequency (for 3200 RAM FCLK should be set at 1600, for 3600 RAM the FCLK should be 1800, etc.) if it doesn't do that automatically.

Other than that the Voltages and temps look fine for a stock 3700x.
