So I overclocked my CPU awhile ago to 4.2ghz at the time I didn’t have any issues and I’m not having any issues now but I’ve just noticed that my PC sits at 50-60c idle and maybe like 70c while gaming and I’m here to ask for advice on to lower those temps and I’m willing to downgrade a bit of performance for longevity. Yes I have cleaned my PC and have upgraded my case fans, I’m just not that all good at anything when it can be fixed with the BIOS and came here for help.

STRIX X470-F Gaming MOB

70°C while gaming isn't bad at all for an OC 3700X. the temps surely won't hurt the CPU. depending on your OC settings your voltage might though. lower voltage means lower temps mostly as well.
I never messed with any voltage settings, when I OC it there were levels to it and it had its own OC profiles.
