[SOLVED] Ryzen 7 3700x on A320M-HDV R4.0 ASRock

I had just replaced my ryzen 3 CPU for the ryzen 7. I flashed my BIOS to the P2.3 like it said on the website and installed it and now it will not select my harddrive for boot and won't let me install windows. Will I need to update to each version going up to the latest one to be able to fix this? I am able to get to my UEFI set up and it registers my CPU and RAM and my new graphics card as well

Try disabling Secure boot in the bios.
