I have Ryzen 7 3700x with mobo x570 aorus elite
+ kraken x62
itry to oc cpu 4.2 on 1.332v
and my idle temp from 45-60 in idel
and 77 in 100% load
what is the problem ?

If your problem is idle temperature, your cooler pump may not be running at right speed, try it with full rpm.

pump runs full speed and fans 1500rpm

Normal.
It is a combination of Ryzen 3000's boost behavior, and the higher thermal density of the 7nm chips.
Remove the overclock and let it do it's thing. It takes care of itself just fine.
