Im planning on upgrading my cpu, RAM and motherboard.
my two main options are the i9 9900k or the ryzen 7 3800x. price wise in here the ryzen is about a 100-120$ cheaper, and i've watched some benchmarks and the i9 seems to be slighty ahead.
my question is, what would you suggest upgrading to (mainly for gaming), and which of the two would probably last me a good 2-3 years.
P.S- also planning on gettin 32gb (16*2) 3000hz+ RAM and a new motherboard regardless of which CPU i end up with.
Any suggestions and advice would be awesome, thanks for reading!
current specs:
i7 7700 non-k
vega 56 gpu
16gb DDR4 ram (8x2)
850W seasonic PSU
