There is a YouTube personality ETAPrime, that just did a review on this as contained inside the HP desktop outfitted with it. It gave very impressive results once adding a second stick of RAM. He did mention the stock motherboard having a very low 'RAM speed' as another issue...
From his review his recommend was even to consider buying that HP unit purely for a purpose of removing the CPU for use elsewhere. He (is supposed to be) doing another video after trying so himself.
