Question Ryzen 7 5700G Graphic/memory Crash

I got a issue with Ryzen 7 5700G integrated graphics. At times my view will freeze then after some time black screen with a green box in the middle then after some time it comes back. Most issues happens when watching video etc who more demanding than just a static website. Any ideas why i get this and how to solve it?

I got a issue with Ryzen 7 5700G integrated graphics.
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Try using DDU to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, Nvidia and AMD) in Safe Mode, then manually installing the latest driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Ryzen 7 5700g with standard Cooler
16GBX2) CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX
Corsair rm850 ( dont have exact age but its a few years)
Samsung ssd
Windiws11

Look up in BIOS, it's possible that low amount of RAM is allocated by default. It may star with 128MB while for higher resolutions it needs at least 2GB.

Thanks for your reply CountMike. I just checked Bios and it was set to Game mode and says it automatically allocate the needed ram. There is a option but then im told I need to change Bios mode
