Hello! I just got a new AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D processor and I'm encountering issues with my RAM. My system won't go above 2400MHz on the RAM speed, even though I have Kingston FURY Beast DDR4 3200 MHz (4x8 GB) memory. Here are the details and what I've tried so far
Initially, I was getting a black screen multiple times, but I managed to get it working after removing the RAM sticks and re-inserting them one by one. After this, the RAM speed won’t go above 2400MHz. The RAM should be 3200MHz.I’ve updated the BIOS to the latest version (5021). I’ve tried both manual settings and DOCP Profiles in the BIOS, but every time I make changes, my computer restarts 5 times and then either stays on a black screen or the American Megatrends screen appears. I’ve tried resetting BIOS Settings to default too but it didn't help. I’ve tried set 2600-3000 MHz but it didn't work either
PC Specs
Motherboard: ASUS Prime X570-P
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super
Memory: Kingston FURY Beast DDR4 3200 MHz CL16 8GB (4x8 GB)
Thank you in advance if you know what to do!
