There r 2 builds both r at the same price for gaming streams

1-
Cpu :Ryzen 7 5800x
Cooler : cougar aqua 280mm
Mobo : gigabyte b550m dh3s
Gpu : rtx 3070
Ram : 2x8 3200mhz 16cl
Psu : bitfenix formula 750w gold

2-
Cpu :Ryzen 9 5900x
Cooler : GAMDIAS CHIONE M2 240R
Mobo : gigabyte b550m dh3s
Gpu : rtx 3060 ti
Ram : 2x8 3200mhz 16cl
Psu : bitfenix formula 750w gold

I have some questions :

1- Which is the best for streaming ?

2- how much does streaming would impact performance ?

3- is recording have lower impact on cpu or gpu than streaming?

4- if the answer of 3 was yes ,then would the selection be affected if i changed my streaming to 720p and my recording 1080p instead of 1080p streaming ?

5- would i need to use NVENC encoding with ryzen 9 5900x ? and what about ryzen 7 5800x ?

6- 264x or NVENC for only recording ? Which is better in quality and have less impact on performance recording to the 2 builds ?

****

Sorry alot of questions :)
Thanks

1- Which is the best for streaming ?

The 5900x is better but both will work.

2- how much does streaming would impact performance ?

It will have some impact even using the nVidia GPU for encoding...for that reason I would go with the 3070 over the 3060ti.

3- is recording have lower impact on cpu or gpu than streaming?

Impact depends on which codec you choose...most people go with the nVidia GPU so that's where the impact is.

4- if the answer of 3 was yes ,then would the selection be affected if i changed my streaming to 720p and my recording 1080p instead of 1080p streaming ?

Of course the higher the resolution you choose the more work your hardware is doing and bandwidth your internet will need to support. Most people forget to...

Of course the higher the resolution you choose the more work your hardware is doing and bandwidth your internet will need to support. Most people forget to take into account that most internet services are not symetrical and uploading can quickly hit bandwidth limits.

5- would i need to use NVENC encoding with ryzen 9 5900x ? and what about ryzen 7 5800x ?

NVENC is the nVidia GPU encoder...either cpu will work just fine.

6- 264x or NVENC for only recording ? Which is better in quality and have less impact on performance recording to the 2 builds ?

Most people are using NVENC since it has a minimal impact on the GPU and the quality is quite good. Again I would go with the 3070 since it will be less impacted than the 3060ti while encoding.

............................................

Also as far as your build choices I would also go with a 3600mhz c16 ram kit as 3200mhz is too slow to get the best performance from either CPU.

So i understood that rtx 3070 and r7 5800x with NVENC encoding will get higher fps than rtx 3060ti and r9 5900x with 264x encoding
but what about games that r too heavy on gpu i saw some benchmarks the rtx 3070 hit 100% at the lowest settings won't the r9 5900x with the rtx 3060 ti perform better generally as it has 12 core (24 threads) and it will be always free cores in all games i think so the fps will be better with cpu encoding tha rtx 3070 encoding specially in future games ?
Or i'm wrong ?

264 encoding might provide slightly better quality but NVENC has gotten a lot better in the last couple revisions so most people are using it today.

Either the 5800x or 5900x is more than capable of maxing out the 3070 GPU...even a 5600x has no problem doing that. Ideally you always want the GPU at 100%, or as close to it as possible, since that indicates the GPU is not waiting on the CPU to crunch data. We are nowhere even close to needing more than 8 cores / 16 threads for games outside of a couple of rare instances where games can leverage more than 16 threads. Any advantage the 5900x currently holds over a 5800x is likely due to the 5900x having a slightly faster boost clock speed. In a couple of years things may be different but right now there's not much need for more than 8c/16t chips unless you're doing a lot of productivity tasks.

I mean which will be less in fps loss in most games with good streaming quality and achieve higher in game fps and stable
R9 5900x + rtx 3060 ti using cpu 264x encoding
Or
R7 5800x + rtx 3070 using gpu NVENC encoding
?
