Question Ryzen 7 5800x - Power Reporting Deviation

Motherboard is Gigabyte b550 Aorus Elite V2, Recently discovered that I have power deviation and I'd love to fix it , if I can get some pointers.

Highest all-core frequency is 4.5
Everything is on default, I did upgrade BIOS to latest, it's probably the bios over-reporting power to the cpu.

That is all.

There's nothing to fix as whatever the deviation is, if any, it's built in to the BIOS by the mfr.

You may install ryzen master to see if it correlates to what you are seeing.
