Recently bought ryzen 7 5800x and temps seem a little high but i know that this cpu has a tendency to run high. Is 45C. at idle and 75C. at full load ok ?

I have:

Asus gaming F x570
32gb ddr 4 corsair vengence pro
corsair h100i capellex AIO

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

For the sake of relevance, please include the ambient room air temps and the BIOS version for your motherboard at the time of writing. What tasks did you load the system with to get 75 Deg C? I think they're fine if you're with gaming. Any overclocks?

It's perfectly normal. Ryzen 7 and 9 CPU's are expected to get up to 90C. It's by design and expected, as AMD has told us.
