Not sure if its just me being paranoid that somethings not right but early last year I finished my custom water cooling loop and recently got a Ryzen 7 5800x. Just ran a cinebench benchmark and temps are getting up to about 82 degrees on full load and clock speed isnt going any higher than 4600mhz on a Multi Core bench.
Do these temps seem a little high considering its got a custom loop or is that expected from 5000 series ryzen?
Thanks!

what custom loop have you build? 120mm rad? 480mm rad? which coolant? pump speed?
82°C under Cinebench doesn't look too bad actually tbh.
Sorry should have specified
Radiator - EKWB Coolstream SE 360mm
RES + Pump combo EKWB FLT360 with D5 Pump
EKWB Cryofuel coolant.

Just loaded up a game and im getting temps ataround 75-78 degrees now too.

what's the loop order? a single 360rad is enough to keep both parts performing. keeping both really cool is a different story. depending on your GPU I suspect you might need more rad space or better airflow.

but 78°C shouldn't hamper your performance
