Hello!

I would, definitely, go with AMD!
The Z790 is a dead platform. You won't be able to upgrade it any further.
While, if you choose AMD, you'll be able to replace that CPU in the future (gen: 8000, 9000, etc.)

And as I already got the rams which are 5600mhz will it be fine as I heard a lot of people sayin go it would be better 6000mhz is there any difference in something for ryzen cpus or I will be fine with 5600mhz

The official supported RAM speed on the AMD 7000 platform is 5200MT/s, however many suggest that 6000MT/s is the "sweet spot" for these CPUs.

My personal opinion is that DDR5-5600 is fine.

yeah i would go for the 7800x3d ..( not because i own one ) but for the platform ..

13900k still a great cpu even with it being a monster to cool if you want the best of both worlds gaming and production 13900k but the platform is sucky now and dead ..

7800x3d is the best gaming cpu.. but remember when the game is cache sensitive the 7800x3d crushes everything when the games not cache sensitive is kinda just OKAY !!

gskill 32gb z5 cl 30 6000 is the sweet spot for AMD and make sure its expo RAM ..

its not really hard the only thing that can be a pain is boot times which can be shortened by enabling context restore in the bios !!
