Hello ! Hope you are having a good day.

My computer is kinda old and I'm planning on buying a new system. My budget is around 800€-860€. I live in Slovakia but I will be buying parts from Amazon.de. I mainly play games but I also use Adobe programs and other (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop etc.)

Here is the new build I will be making.

I would like to change motherboard but I don't know which one to choose. Or shoud I choose X370 board ? Not all motherboards (ASUS Prime, MSI Gaming pro, MSI Gaming plus, ASRock boards) ship to my country. Or I could change the case and buy GTX 1060 6GB version. And I will be buying another 2x4GB ram sticks later.

I hope you can help with my new build.

EDIT: Also I won't overcloack anything.

Solution
Decent build, comments:
1. Don't buy ram from separate packs, many have proved they don't work together... Get 2x8gb if you want 16gb.
2. 1060 3gb is kind of low on the VRAM, 1050 ti 4gb may be better for your purpose, or 1060 6gb.
3. If you only need mild overclocking, B350 should suffice, otherwise, X370 is needed for heavy overclocking.
4. 1600 will be good enough for your editing purpose and fit your budget better.
My edits:

Will the RAM work with ASRock AB350 ? Because the motherboard has max frequency of 2667MHz and the ram is 3200MHz. Or is it overclockable or something ?

Look on ASRock's site for that board. They should have a QVL(qualified vendor list) that shows what ram they've tested with it. But yes the slower speed should work just fine. I have the ASRock AB350m Pro 4, which is a micro atx version of the same board. I have my 1600 on it overclocked to 3.7 ghz on it and it's just fine. Should even be good to do that with the stock cooler.
