I don't see those modules among the list of user verified memory, so I'd be somewhat skeptical, but there is likely a lot of memory that has NOT been added to the list as well. Memory compatibility has gotten much better via BIOS updates over the last year, but there are STILL compatibility issues with some memory modules especially on older Ryzen chipsets. The B450 and X470 boards don't have a LOT of problems, but I still generally recommend sticking to those modules listed here:

But it's probably worth at least trying with your current modules first, and then if it doesn't work or there are issues, you may need to find other memory that IS on the user verified list. Modules using Samsung B-dies are much preferred, but a lot of other memory has been made to work as well.
The one thing that stands out though is that I have not seen a whole lot of Kingston or HyperX modules that have been verified for use on Ryzen chipsets, so that makes my doubts even stronger, but again, worth trying first. You'll be no worse off than you are now if they don't work and won't have to buy additional memory if they do.
