I'm planning to upgrade my current amd a8 7600 to Ryzen 7.

Here are my specs:
amd a8-7600
HyperX 1x8GB Ram
GT 730

As much as possible I''m trying to avoid buying new GPU since I'm on a budget. Is there any way I can just use my GT730 just to run the Ryzen 7? or do I have to pair it with up to date GPUs?
I''m also planning to make this as my pc for 5 years same with amd a8. Will this be possible with the Ryzen 7?

This will be used entirely for gaming. AAA. Hoping to invest for an upgrade that will last until 2022. :D

Solution
You can use your GT 730 with a Ryzen 7 CPU. If you are gaming though, perhaps a cheaper CPU and better GPU would be a better choice. Unless you plan to also upgrade your GPU later.

Yeah, I'm planning to buy a new GPU in the future. Thanks, Volkgren!

I'm guessing you need a computer upgrade for purposes other than gaming. That's why you want to use the 730, because why spend money if you don't have to?

Yes you can use it. You can even run some games on it, albeit at 720p. If you've been happy with the A8 this long, the Ryzen 7 will last you far longer since it's a much higher level of component.

So I guess the main purpose of the 730 is, just to be there to power up the Ryzen 7? So does that mean I can just attach my monitor in the Ryzen 7? Or do I need to attach it to the gt730?

By the way, I just forgot to ask. How about the bottleneck issue? Would I experience that too? Since Ryzen 7 is too powerful for GT 730, would that pose a possible issue? or it will just run fine?

That depends entirely on what you plan on doing. If you are gaming, then yes of course there will be a bottleneck. If you are gaming, you should buy a less expensive CPU and a better GPU.
