Question Ryzen 7000 series question

I have got a Asus tuff a17 gaming laptop Why is it when i unplug my laptop the temp goes way down to like 48c but when its plug in it goes to 70c on diablo 3 I got a rtx 4050 ded card and a amd Apu on the CPU

Idk I try going into edit power plan in going down by 1% but nothing happens can you explain
